Very nice hotel, it had everything you need and more, large spacious room and bathroom with nice furnishings, great service and the food was very tasty! I would love to come back!
Enjoyed our stay immensely. The hotel food was fantastic, exceeded our expectations. When they clean your room, they are meticulous and thorough. The location is great -- just a few blocks from the shopping and restaurant area in Polanco. Felt safe walking to and from hotel to eat/shop, even at night. Some reviewers note there is city noise. Mexico City is just...loud. It didn't bother us. Hopefully I'm getting the names right here: Fernando was our exceptional breakfast waiter, Miguel at lunch, and Rodrigo at the front desk. All great, friendly, helpful, attentive.
Wow! This hotel is so unique and decorated with the most spectacular art. There are beautiful garden and rooftop common areas for reading, working, etc. The rooms were comfortable and artistic, with AC! The staff are also incredibly friendly and very kind to those who are learning Spanish (not native speakers). Food was delicious also. Highly recommend!
Beautifully designed hotel located in a posh neighbourhood with many great restaurants nearby. Beware that the hotel has a huge variety of rooms - some are a lot better than the others. The first room we were allocated was on the GF right next to the reception and the road outside so it was quite noisy; the other room the hotel offered us faced the back and was much quieter / comfortable. Service was really pleasant. Breakfast was wonderful - we loved the freshly cooked options! Overall it was a decent stay but we felt the price (almost £300 a night) was on the high side for what you get.
I absolutely loved my stay at Pug Seal Anatole France!! From the moment I walked in I felt like I was in a Wes Anderson film. The bold colors, contrasting patterns and overall aesthetic of this place makes you feel like you're living a dream life in CDMX. The location is central to all the good vibes and I felt incredibly safe walking around by myself as a young female. The complimentary breakfast and coffee was the perfect start to the day. The staff were so friendly. Could not recommend this place enough!!! This is the only place you should stay when visiting this beautiful city. <3 wow. Sarah

I had a lovely stay & the staff was amazing. The hotels design really surprised me, the design is beautiful and had a lot of spaces for work. Every morning I would wake up and have a wonderful breakfast in the garden, there's hardly any noise. My stay here was a delight, I highly recommend it.
Great hotel for a stay in CDMX. The staff are amazing and accommodated all our needs with a little one. The breakfast included in your stay is excellent. Very cool art and our room had a private deck and jacuzzi. The location is walking distance to great museums and parks. Highly recommend. We will be back for more pug life!
